Please read these terms carefully before using the r444 platform — all rules relating to accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are set out here in detail.

- You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is open only to those who are 21 or older.
- You must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
- You must not have any legal restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gaming activities.
- You are participating on this platform voluntarily and of your own judgment.
Account Registration
When opening an account on r444, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The key rules for registration are:
- Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- The name, date of birth, and ID information you provide must be accurate.
- r444 may request identity documents or other supporting documents at any time for account verification.
- Opening an account in someone else's name or under a fictitious identity is prohibited.
- To change the email address or mobile number provided at registration, you must contact the support team.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your r444 account. Please follow the guidelines below:
- Keep your password completely confidential and never share it with any third party.
- Always use a strong password — create one using a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
- If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, notify r444's support team immediately.
- r444 is not liable for transactions resulting from unauthorized access to your account if you failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your password.
- Transferring your account to someone else or using another person's account is prohibited.
Financial Transactions & Bonuses
Deposits & Withdrawals
The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on r444:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).
- Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Deposits and withdrawals must only be made through payment methods registered in your own name — use of third-party accounts is prohibited.
- r444 may complete identity verification before processing a withdrawal request.
- If money laundering or any other illegal activity is suspected, r444 reserves the right to suspend the transaction and conduct an investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
r444 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following conditions apply to their use:
- Welcome Bonus: 120% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
- Wagering Requirement: A 10x wagering requirement applies on the bonus (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = you must wager ৳12,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.
- The bonus may only be used once, and multiple accounts or more than one member of the same household cannot claim the same bonus.
- r444 reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus offer or withdraw an offer at any time.
- In cases of bonus abuse (arbitrage betting, collusion, etc.), the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
- Each promotion may have its own terms, which will be stated on the offer page.
Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Gaming Rules
All gaming activities on r444 are conducted under fair and transparent rules. The key gaming rules are:
- The outcome of all games is determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology or through a live dealer, and these outcomes are completely impartial.
- In the event of a technical issue or disconnection during a game, r444's recorded data will be considered final.
- Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- For sports betting, bets on a given event will be settled once the result has been determined.
- If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, you may submit a request for investigation through r444's support team.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the r444 platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
- Abusing the bonus system — arbitrage betting, bonus stacking, or any strategy aimed at circumventing bonus terms.
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
- Collusion — attempting to influence game outcomes by coordinating with other players.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Attempting to hack r444's systems or exploit security vulnerabilities.
- Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.
Account Suspension & Closure
r444 may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- If any clause of these Terms is violated.
- If false information is proven to have been provided during identity verification.
- Based on instructions from law enforcement agencies.
- If the account has been inactive for an extended period (a separate notice will be given regarding the inactivity time limit).
- If the user voluntarily requests to close their own account.
Before an account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw a valid balance will be provided; however, if there is evidence of a violation, the balance may be forfeited.
Responsibility & Legal Matters
Responsible Gaming
r444 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We are committed to keeping entertainment on our platform enjoyable and within control at all times:
- Gaming must be for entertainment — not as a means of solving financial problems.

Changes to Terms & Conditions and Dispute Resolution

- If you continue to use the platform after the changes, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms.
- If you do not agree to the new terms, you may submit a request to close your account.
Dispute Resolution: If any dispute arises between r444 and a user, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through direct discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, a formal complaint may be submitted to r444's senior management team. All operations of r444 are conducted in accordance with the principles of fair play, and we are committed to resolving all disputes transparently and impartially.
